Whoops!

I realized I didn't include one of the coolest things I did this year, stitching wise.  At the Fall Region Meeting I took a class from Pat Smith to learn Or Nue.  She designed a cute coin purse with a Loon on it (We were in Minnesota, after all).  I just added it to the "2011" page.

2011 - What I finished

I added a page with pictures of all the stitching finishes for 2011.   The list was longer than I remembered.

So, what's new?

Well, I've started another "I ♥ Christmas" ornament.  I had the threads and fabric out, so I thought I'd get a couple done for next year while I decided what I wanted to work on this year.  For the last two years I've made a list of my "stitching goals."  It was nice to think it out all at once.  I made sure I had the materials for everything, took into account the projects from my guild that I wanted to participate in.  So, when I finished something I didn't loll around wondering what to do next!  I didn't finish everything on the list, but it makes me evaluate my stash and get some UFOs finished off.


I made a page with my 2011 finishes on it, but it needs one more picture before I post it.  There was more than I remembered!

Finished the Assisi bookmark I started on Christmas. I have a few ideas about what I want to stitch this year. Hopefully the next few weeks I will have some time to look back on what I finished in 2011and what I want to work on for 2012.
