Needlebook with silk and linen thread

Updating with the latest on the needlebook. I've almost finished the front cover. The green border at the top needs to be done on the remaining three sides, and there's some knots around the edge. Then I'll work on the back cover.

I haven't heard of a needlebook before. Can you tell me more about it? I really like what you have done so far.

A needlebook is a little book to keep needles in. This one I'm making will have some felt pages to keep the needles.
