Bookmarks completed

I finished a couple of bookmarks I made from the extra fabric I had left from my biscornu. I'll send these to the guild boutique at our Needlework Show this fall.

Two new bookmarks.  Assisi Stitch.

Biscornu with Needle Darning and Blackwork

Yeah!  I finished my needle darning biscornu last week.  It's really darling.

The bookmarks are coming along.  I needed a refresher in hem stitching first!  I am really liking my left handed embroidery book. The directions are so great.

On the road

I did start the bookmarks in the extra space on the fabric. The little pansy pattern I found is very cute. I think the second bookmark will be stitched with one thread rather than two. I might try and make the centers yellow as well I suppose I should finish the first before I worry about the next though.
